The more I coach, the more I struggle with the concept of change as it relates to self-development.
Why would we want to force ourselves to do things that take away from our uniqueness as individuals?
Instead, why not focus our efforts on finding areas in life where we are already strong and succesful and applying them to areas where we seek improvement?
