If you want more peace and happiness in your life you should start by being grateful for what you already have. This sounds simple and, quite frankly, it is. Make a list of things you're grateful for and then you'll feel better.
Not quite.
While there's no doubt that gratefulness is a powerful tool in the realm of self-development, I've personally found the idea of simply stating what I'm grateful for on a consistent basis to yield lackluster results - at best.
This episode provides some context what being grateful could actually mean as well as some actionable tips for bringing more of it into your life. Enjoy!
