As I reflect back on this, it's amazing how much of my sense of happiness and fulfillment can be traced back to just a few habits that I've incorporated into my life over the years.

What Are You Grateful For?
Wednesday Oct 14, 2020
Wednesday Oct 14, 2020
If you want more peace and happiness in your life you should start by being grateful for what you already have. This sounds simple and, quite frankly, it is. Make a list of things you're grateful for and then you'll feel better.
Not quite.
While there's no doubt that gratefulness is a powerful tool in the realm of self-development, I've personally found the idea of simply stating what I'm grateful for on a consistent basis to yield lackluster results - at best.
This episode provides some context what being grateful could actually mean as well as some actionable tips for bringing more of it into your life. Enjoy!

Stop Trying to Change. Start Optimizing.
Wednesday Oct 07, 2020

The more I coach, the more I struggle with the concept of change as it relates to self-development.
Why would we want to force ourselves to do things that take away from our uniqueness as individuals?
Instead, why not focus our efforts on finding areas in life where we are already strong and succesful and applying them to areas where we seek improvement?
This episode focuses on the importance of identifying and optimizing your strengths when approaching challenges in life. Enjoy!

Many of us spend a majority of our time in the perspective of judgement. We judge others, we judge ourselves and we judge the circumstances we are in. This self-perpetuating cycle creates a world of negativity, contention and outright misery.
I'm here to tell you today - empathy is the way out and towards a better life.

When a conflict arises, the worst thing you can do is to pretend it doesn't exist.

Bottom line, you are approaching conflict the wrong way and this episode will provide actionable steps to get you moving in the right direction.

Past Life Soul Regressions, Dream Walking and Drinking Kava with Altaire Cambata
Wednesday Aug 26, 2020
Wednesday Aug 26, 2020
A great conversation with Altaire where we cover a wide range of topics. If you are interested in 'thinking outside the box' - you will enjoy the episode a lot.
Most importantly, we dive deep into the physical action of creating your own reality. Using our thoughts to create a better life but sounds great in theory but can be very difficult (and confusing) in practice. Altaire lays out a step-by-step approach to changing your life while including some specific examples from hers.
